Budelli Island
Maddalena archipelago
The island of Budelli is certainly the best known of the Archipelago of La Maddalena, notoriety due to the charming beach Rosa, whose color is due to the deposit of a microorganism called Miniacina miniacea , particularly abundant on the sea grass.
Currently the beach is less pink for the carelessness of man and for various atmospheric and environmental agents, therefore the National Park has banned access to the beach in order to restore its natural condition.
Other beautiful coves, continuing counterclockwise, are those of the Cavaliere beach, Cala Trana, and Cala Cala Cisternone dish.
