you have
100 Juniper berries
300 g of sugar
300 ml of water
300 ml of alcohol at 90 °
procedure
Put the juniper berries inside the alcohol diluted with 150 ml of water.
Leave it for a month, shaking the pan once a day.
After the time required to dissolve the sugar in 150 ml of water, boil for ten minutes, when the syrup is cool, add it to the infusion of alcohol .
Pour the proceeds liquor and filter; bottle it and let it sit for about thirty days, after which it is ready to be tasted.
