dispose of
50 gr of porcini mushrooms
puff pastry
lard
mixed meat
Fry oil
2 tablespoons of very tender peas
dried tomato
onion
garlic
procedure
Prepare the dough, pull it well, working it with lard. Prepare the filling with chopped meat, by having previously browned. Sauté the mushrooms in butter, add the peas, dried tomato, onion and garlic. Form of discs with the dough; put at the center of each of the filling disk.
Put the discs one above the other, and close the edges.
Fry and serve hot.
