1 kg semolina
250 g of potatoes

4 egg yolks
1 small glass of Filu Ferru brandy (or other liqueur to taste)

procedure
Boil the potatoes, peel and mash twice masher. Apart mix the yolks with the sugar and the liqueur combining gradually lard. Work in the dough along with movements from the top down until it becomes a homogeneous mass. Cover with a towel and let rest in a warm place. When the dough will raddopiato, heat the oil, also prepare a bowl with a little oil to wet your hands between a donut and the other, now just need a little 'dexterity to pick up pieces of dough and give shape. Do drain in paper towel and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
