500 g of wheat flour
750 g of sugar

procedure
Mix the flour with the water and the yeast bread. Let stand for a few hours. Then continuing to knead you incorporate 500 grams of sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and lemon zest. Let rise for 2 days.
