2 kg lobster
1 kg of tomatoes
2 sweet white onions
extra virgin olive oil
white wine vinegar

procedure
Immerse the lobsters in boiling salted water and cook for 10-15 minutes then letting them cool in the same water. Meanwhile, thinly sliced onions and place them in water and salt (to lose the taste too strong). even sliced tomatoes in regular cloves salt them and put them in a colander to lose because of the water vegetation. Drain the lobsters and open them like a book lengthwise and cut into slices. In a large salad bowl, combine tomatoes and onions both well drained and seasoned with a sauce made with oil, vinegar and salt. Then add the lobsters, and sprinkle these with the sauce. Let soak for a few hours, so that the flavors have had time to bind together.
