you have
3 kg of mutton
sage
laurel
parsley
4 carrots
4 stalks of celery
3 dried tomatoes
mint
rosemary
4 onions
1 kg of potatoes
q salt . b .
procedure
In a large pot put the meat with all the herbs, dried tomatoes, carrots and celery. Cover everything with water and add salt. When the meat is almost cooked (it will take about an hour) add the potatoes, onions. Tap the potatoes with the tines of a fork to make sure they are cooked. When the potatoes are cooked, remove the meat from the broth, onions, potatoes and serve.
