Mixed Grilled Fish
you have
2 kg of optionally mixed fish ( lobsters , prawns , cuttlefish , sea bream )
2 cloves garlic
chopped parsley
salt
extra virgin olive oil
lemon juice
procedure
Clean and wash the fish without removing the scales, clean and wash the shellfish and crustaceans and prepared the embers. When it is ready placed the grill and proceed to cooking. Separately, prepare the sauce: chopped parsley and garlic and pour into a bowl with the olive oil, lemon juice and salt. Once cooked the fish place them on a tray and pour over the sauce. Serve immediately.
