Rolls to the Vermentino Perfume Meat

8 slices of beef
100 g of lard
1/2 glass of Vermentino wine
1/2 onion
1 clove of garlic
extra virgin olive oil
parsley
salt
procedure
With a meat mallet flatten the slices of meat. Take a finely chopped with lard, garlic and parsley and mix well. Spread the mixture on the slices, roll them up and close them with toothpicks. Put the rolls in a pan with oil and fry well. Halfway through cooking, add the wine and season with salt. Serve piping hot.
