1 onion
50 g of lard
300 g of pork rind
6 dried tomatoes
300 g wild fennel
paste soup (to taste)
salt q.s.
procedure
In an almost full saucepan of salted water, put 500 g of beans (after leaving it to soak for one night).
Combine a sliced onion, 50 g fat, 300 g of pork rind, cut into pieces, wild fennel, 6 previously dipped dried tomatoes in warm water and deprived of salt.
Cook the ingredients until completely cooked, then add your favorite pasta for the soup.
