Potato ravioli with sauce
dispose of
200 g of ravioli stuffed with potatoes and onions
200 g of ripe tomatoes
2 basil leaves
1 small onion
extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch of salt
grated pecorino cheese
procedure
Prepare a sauce with extra virgin olive oil and finely chopped onion. Add the diced tomatoes and basil and cook for 15 minutes, season with salt.
Meanwhile, cook the ravioli in boiling salted water.
The ravioli are cooking with a cooking time of about 5 minutes.
Drain and pour into a container by layering the sauce, the ravioli drained and again other sauce.
As a final touch, add a sprinkling of grated pecorino.
