you have
1 kg of flour
4 eggs
400 grams of sugar
300 grams of lard
2 packets of yeast
grated rind of 2 lemons
sugar and milk to decorate
procedure
Whisk the eggs with sugar and lard. Add flour, baking powder and lemon peel. Let the dough rest in the fridge for an hour, covered with a cloth. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/2 cm. and cut it with the favorite pastry rings. Brush with a little ' milk and sprinkle the surface now cookies with granulated sugar. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 160-170 °. Once cooked ( must be golden ), allow to cool before storing in an airtight container, where it will keep well for several days.
