you have
300g ricotta
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg
grated zest of one orange
semolina from
icing sugar
procedure
We put in a bowl, cottage cheese, grated zest of ' orange, the whole egg , sugar. We knead thoroughly with a fork and add the flour . L' dough should be soft enough. Take spoonfuls of the ' dough and pour it into semolina, try to make a ball and set aside . You do well heat the oil and fry the balls .
