Shrimp Filu e'Ferru
you have
800 g of prawns
2 dl filu ' and ferru
1 bunch of parsley
2 cloves garlic
extra virgin olive oil
salt

Engrave the back of the shrimp to devein black and wash them under running water . Wash and chop the parsley together with the garlic and mix in a bowl with the shrimp. In a large pan heat the oil, add the prawns, flavored with chopped parsley and garlic and cook for about two minutes. Pour the filu ' and ferru and let it evaporate completely. Add salt and cook for about two minutes and serve immediately.
