Goat with thistles

1 kg of goat meat
400 g of thistles
1 cup white wine of Sardinia Semidano
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
chilli
parsley
extra virgin olive oil
q.b salt
procedure
Cut the goat meat in medium-sized pieces. In a large saucepan prepared fried with garlic, onion, parsley and chilli. Arrange the pieces of meat to the pan, add salt and fry well on both sides, cover and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes. Pour the white wine and let evaporate for 10 minutes; add two ladles of water and warm the cockles well washed and cut into pieces, add salt and cover. Continue cooking for another 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
