Stuffed zucchini

3 eggs
1 kilo and a half of zucchini
2 eggs
200 gr. of ground
2 dried tomatoes
parsley
garlic
onion
salt
parmesan
breadcrumbs
procedure
Wash zucchini, spuntarle and cut in half lengthwise (if you are big, even cut in half). Empty it, blanched the outside, put them to drain on a cloth. Separately, cook the meat, cut into pieces, let drain well and let sfreddare. Brown the ground beef and add the chopped garlic, onion, at the end add the parsley. You also sfreddare the meat and then add the pulp of zucchini, eggs, dried chopped tomatoes, parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Season with salt.
Fill the zucchini stuffing, disponte on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in a hot oven.
Cook for 15-20 minutes.
