dispose of
1 liter of pig blood
400 g raisins
200 g of sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon anise seeds
3 cloves
clean pig intestines
procedure
Put the blood in a large bowl, add the sugar, cinnamon, raisins, anise seed, cloves, mix well and cook for one night. Take a few bags with guts, fill halfway with blood and tie them well. Boil a pot of water. As soon as the water boils, soak the pudding for 15 minutes, drain and let cool. Cut into slices and serve.
