procedure
Cut the artichokes, including stems, remove the plugs and place them in acidulated water for about twenty minutes. In the meantime, put the flour in a dish, drain the artichokes and gradually and put them in the flour. Heat plenty of oil in a pan and wait for the latter is hot before adding the artichokes. Once fried, dry with paper towels and serve the artichokes.
